Anton Semiletov graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations. He has a Bachelor’s degree in international relations and a Master’s degree in applied economics and commerce.

Mr. Semiletov started his career in 2012 as an economist at a private IT company. He started working for ELVEES RnD Center, JSC, in 2016. Mr. Semiletov became the CFO of ELVEES RnD Center, JSC, in 2019. He has been the CEO of our company since 2020.

Under the management of Mr. Semiletov, the company has completed several big government research and development projects and won government funding for some promising projects.

Profile

Yuriy Ufimtsev graduated from Russian International Tourism Academy with a degree in quality management. He obtained a second degree in economics at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

Mr. Ufimtsev and has taken executive positions since 2011. He has been a part of our team since 2019 and was appointed the Executive Director in 2020.

Mr. Ufimtsev is responsible for business operations including the functioning of procurement, IT, sales and administration departments.

Ekaterina Petrichkovich graduated from Kutafin Moscow State Law University with degrees in law and English. After graduation, she completed an “English for business” course in Boston, USA.

Ms. Petrichkovich has been working for ELVEES group of companies since 2011. She has been the Deputy CEO since 2019. Her area of responsibility includes international relations, document workflow, legal support and human relations.

Denis Kuznetsov graduated from Moscow State Institute of Electronic Engineering with a degree in complex protection of computer systems.

Mr. Kuznetsov started his career at ELVEES RnD Center, JSC, right after graduation in a position of an assistant engineer. He moved up the career ladder to an engineer, a senior engineer and then a head of laboratory. He became the head of the R&D department in 2015 and led the software development process.

Mr. Kuznetsov was appointed the software development director in 2020, and soon after that took the position of the Chief Technical Officer of ELVEES RnD Center, JSC.

Artyom Mashkin graduated from Moscow State Institute of Electronic Engineering with a degree in electronics and microelectronics. He also passed voluntary certification in project management. Mr. Mashkin obtained an MBA degree in 2018.

In 2021, Mr. Mashkin completed ‘Technologies and cybersecurity tools’ retraining program held at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

Mr. Mashkin has been working for ELVEES RnD Center, JSC, since 2005 in various positions (an engineer, a head of laboratory, a project manager). He became the head of the security systems division in 2011 and the Director for security system deployment in 2016.

Under the management of Mr. Mashkin, the company has developed security systems for several major sites of transportation infrastructure and industry and deployed them.

Mr. Zaytsev studied automatics and electronics at National Research Nuclear University MEPHI. Alexey has a PhD in electronics. Mr. Zaytsev has been a part of our team since 2007. Over years, he has worked on analog-digital converters, adaptation of analog-digital design flow and implementation of multilevel simulation.

As Deputy CTO, Mr. Zaytsev is responsible for internal communication among technical departments, project management as well as advanced research in IC design.

Ms. Mosolova has degrees in automated control systems and company management.

She has been working in the field of economics and finance for more than 5 years.

Julia has been a part of our team since 2019 and Deputy CFO since 2020.

Maxim Denisov graduated from St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University (LETI) in 2005 with a degree in Electronics.

Maxim has been interested in innovative products since the beginning of his career. He not only coordinated the operation of international teams of talented engineers, but also dived into design and development of new devices himself.

Mr. Denisov started working for large international companies, such as Nokia (Vertu branch), Yota Devices (branches in Finland and Moscow) in 2006.

In 2013, Maxim joined an international project on the development of innovative smart phones with two screens - Yotaphone 1 and 2.

In 2015, he was a part of the team to open Smart Lab in the Moscow branch of Yota Devices, which focused on the development of innovative consumer electronics, such as smart Products, IoT, portable electronics, including the new models of Yotaphone 3, 5, X(2015). Maxim also took part in organizing smart phone production/ assembly in Russia.

In 2018, Mr. Denisov participated in commercializing a DeepTech project of a liquid crystal display (a collaboration of Yota Devices with HKUST, Hong Kong), as well as in some IoT projects using computer vision and machine learning.

Maxim joined ELVEES team in 2021 as the Head of innovative product department. He has been the Director on innovative products since 2022.

Maxim leads the development of mobile devices and IT-equipment based on ELVEES chips.
